Primary Care on a Personal Level
As a member of the Concierge Medicine program, you will be among a small group of patients who have unlimited access to an experienced concierge medicine team that works to keep you healthy. You also have unparalleled access to world-renowned specialists, the latest clinical trials and state-of-the-art diagnostics.

Integrated and Coordinated Care
Whether you need additional testing or are referred to a specialist with in National Jewish Health, your Concierge Medicine team will handle all of the details. Your specialists throughout the hospital can easily consult with your concierge doctor to coordinate your care.
Your Concierge Medicine team also will coordinate the details of any referral outside of National Jewish Health.
Concierge Medicine Services
All primary care services provided by your Concierge Medicine team are covered by an annual fee. We do not bill insurance or Medicare for our services. You will still need insurance to cover medical care such as appointments with specialists, hospital stays and prescriptions.

Yes, we recommend that you maintain health insurance to cover appointments with specialists, hospital stays, prescriptions and other medical services outside the scope of your Concierge Medicine membership.

When you are referred to a specialist, your Concierge Medicine team will handle all of the details. Your team will work to get you scheduled with a National Jewish Health specialist in a timely manner. Your specialist will be able to easily consult with your Concierge Medicine physician and will have access to your medical records. Appointments in specialty clinics and other services performed outside of the Concierge Medicine program can be billed to your insurance.
Your Concierge Medicine team also will coordinate referrals to specialists at other organizations.
Most appointments last between 45 minutes to one hour. Our goal is to have ample time to have meaningful conversations and answer your questions. We offer in-person, video and phone appointments.
Yes. Your Concierge Medicine provider will discuss any necessary tests with you at your appointment. If blood work is required, we will draw it in our clinic. Because we have an on-site lab, many of your test results will be available on the same day.
