Executive Health Packages
We offer four different Executive Health Packages that have been thoughtfully curated to support the aspects of your health that matter most to you.
Comprehensive Physical Exam
Complete physical examination by one of our Executive Health physicians that includes:
- Hearing screening
- Vision screening
- Skin cancer screening
- Full review of your medical history, current conditions, health concerns, immunizations and medication.
Comprehensive Laboratory Panel
Lab testing, including CBC differential, comprehensive metabolic panel, hemoglobin A1C, thyroid function, vitamins B-12 and D, urinalysis and other important tests.
Colon Cancer Screening
Lab-based test offered to patients who are at low risk of developing colon cancer.
Prostate Cancer Screening
Men are evaluated for their prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels.
Cervical Cancer Screening
Women are evaluated using a PAP test to screen for abnormal cells on the cervix that could become cancer.
BOD POD Body Composition Analysis
Analysis includes body mass index (BMI), basal metabolic rate (BMR), fat mass, muscle mass, bone mass, visceral fat rating, total body water, extracellular and intracellular water and body mass distribution.
DEXA Bone Density Test
Measures bone mineral density to assess bone strength and diagnose conditions like osteoporosis.
Functional Movement Assessment
Meet with a physical therapist to evaluate imbalances, movement limitations and asymmetries to identify weaknesses before they lead to injuries.
Nutrition Consultation
Meet with a registered dietitian to discuss your specific nutrition goals.
Chest CT with Coronary Calcium Score
Determines if hard calcified plaque is present and to what extent, even if you have no symptoms.
Lipid Profile
Measures fats (lipids) like total cholesterol, LDL, HDL and triglycerides to screen for cardiovascular risk.
Real-Time Ultrasound
ses high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound) to observe for any carotid neck artery narrowing.
Resting Electrocardiogram (EKG)
Evaluates the electrical rhythm of the heart to identify any injury or abnormal rhythms.
Cognitive function screening including memory, recall, executive function and processing time. This test provides insight into brain function that can be affected by lifestyle, sleep, neurological conditions and cardiovascular conditions.

Abdominal CT
Uses X-rays to screen for an abdominal aortic aneurysm, as well as to evaluate organs, including the liver, kidneys, pancreas, and intestines to diagnose issues such as abdominal pain, tumors, infections, kidney stones or injuries.
Advanced Lipid Screening
Measures proteins called lipoprotein (a), or Lp(a), and apolipoprotein B (ApoB), which provide a more comprehensive view of cardiovascular risk than standard cholesterol tests.
Exercise Echocardiogram
Determines your heart's dynamic response to exercise or stress and compares it to your heart when it is at rest.
Cleerly® Heart Scan
Measures the presence, amount, and type of plaque (hard calcified or soft non-calcified) in the heart's arteries based on a coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA). The images are then analyzed using AI technology to provide a clear understanding of how much plaque and which types of plaque are in the arteries.
Home Sleep Test
Diagnoses sleep apnea using a portable device with sensors that monitor breathing, oxygen levels and heart rate and effort while you sleep in your own bed.

Alzheimer's Screening
Evaluates Alzheimer's disease risk with a simple blood test.
Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing with VO2 max
Assesses how well your heart, lungs, and muscles function during exercise.
Gait Analysis
Measures how your entire body moves and functions. An improper gait can lead to issues with your hips and back, causing problems you may not even realize are connected.
Grip Strength Test
Measures overall strength, as well as physical and cognitive function.
Exercise Consultation
Meet with a physical therapist to discuss your specific exercise goals.
Screens for conditions, including cancer, infection, inflammation and musculoskeletal problems. This low-dose imaging test scans your brain, neck, chest and abdomen.
The Galleri® multi-cancer screening detects abnormal DNA methylation signals in more than 50 types of cancer, including many that aren't typically screened for such as pancreatic, esophageal and uterine cancers.
Exercise and Performance Breathing Consultation
Undergo a continuous laryngoscopy during exercise test and then meet with one of the specialists from our internationally renowned Exercise and Performance Breathing Center to discuss your results and develop a customized plan to meet your exercise goals.
Methacholine Challenge Test
Lung function test used to diagnose or rule out asthma and other reactive airway diseases.
Nutrition Planning Consultation
Meet with a registered dietician to develop a plan customized for your specific nutrition goals.
Full review of the day's findings and recommendations. A comprehensive medical report will be available within four to six weeks of your examination and finalized test results.
A follow up phone call with your Executive Health physician is included to answer any questions and assist you in reaching your health goals.
