Girish Paranjape, DO, ABFM, CAQSM

Girish ParanjapeGirish Paranjape, DO, ABFM, CAQSM, is a well-established family medicine physician who has been practicing primary care and sports medicine in the Denver metro area for more than 25 years. He currently provides care for Executive Health and Concierge Medicine patients at National Jewish Health in Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Paranjape is passionate about keeping people healthy and active so they can get the most out of life. He believes in being a trusted advisor to his patients and restoring their whole health when they become ill or injured.

After completing medical school in Oklahoma, Dr. Paranjape moved to Denver to complete his post-graduate internship at Presbyterian/Saint Luke’s Medical Center. He then completed his residency in family medicine and a fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He has served as physician for numerous high school and college sports teams throughout the Denver metro area, including serving as the University of Denver (DU) Medical Director and Head Medical Team Physician for 22 years. Dr. Paranjape also has held faculty appointments with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Colorado Children’s Hospital and Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Emma is a registered nurse who earned her degree from Regis University in 2024. She began her career in labor and delivery, where she developed a deep appreciation for patient-centered care during life’s most meaningful moments. Driven by a passion for preventative health and long-term wellness, she now serves on the Wellness and Prevention Clinics care team. In her role, Emma partners closely with concierge and executive health patients, guiding them in taking proactive, personalized steps toward optimizing their health and well-being. Emma is a Denver native who loves the outdoors and embraces an active lifestyle that reflects the same balance and vitality she encourages in her patients.
