Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations/changes must be received in writing before May 12, 2025 in order to be eligible for a full refund or transfer. For cancellations made on or following May 12, 2025, there are three options:

Transfer your paid registration to somebody else
Hold your paid registration until next year’s conference
Refund of registration amount paid minus a $100 processing fee

No refunds or credits will be given after June 5, 2025
