Oncologist Dr. Rao Mushtaq Joins National Jewish Health

Oncologist Dr. Rao Mushtaq Joins National Jewish HealthRao Mushtaq, MD, has joined the oncology faculty at National Jewish Health in the Department of Medicine. He recently completed his fellowship in Hematology-Oncology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Mushtaq will practice general hematology and oncology at the National Jewish Health Northern Hematology Oncology campus in Thornton, Colorado.

Dr. Mushtaq received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at Quaid-e-Azam Medical College in Pakistan, and completed a combined internal medicine and pediatrics residency at Hurley Medical Center/Michigan State University. Additionally, Dr. Mushtaq authored numerous peer reviewed journal articles and led several clinical research trials.
